Figma is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Sales Operations to lead EMEA Sales Ops strategy. This role involves providing strategic and operational support to regional Sales leaders, managing a team of Sales Operations Analysts, and owning forecasting, performance management, territory planning, and quota execution. The position is hybrid, based in London, and critical for scaling Figma's revenue across both self-service and assisted sales motions.
Must have:

  • Drive OKRs that support scaling Global Sales

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Sales Operations to own our EMEA Sales Ops strategy across all subregions and segments. In this role, you will serve as a business partner to our regional Sales Directors, playing a critical role in helping Figma Sales scale revenue across both our self-service and assisted sales motions.

This role is available to hire from our London hub on a hybrid basis.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead Sales Operations for EMEA, providing strategic and operational support to regional Sales leaders
  • Manage and develop Sales Operations Analysts (4 FTES)
  • Own EMEA sales forecasting, performance management, territory planning, and quota execution, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional needs
  • Drive OKRs that support scaling Global Sales
  • Work as a strategic partner to the regional sales leadership team

  • Proven experience managing and growing a team
  • Deep understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce and BI tools
  • Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across teams of varied sizes to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and deliver succinct executive presentations to senior leadership

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Advanced analytics skills with expertise in BI visualization tools and SQL
