Job Description
- Advanced training and industry recognized certification (CPP, PSP, etc.)
- Experience leading physical security teams for large special events
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout the APAC region
- Lead all aspects of a large, contracted guard force across multiple locations
- Deep understanding of local security regulations and cultural considerations across APAC countries
- Supervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) team
- Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews
- Engage and collaborate with global peers to benchmark standard processes
- Provide briefings, updates, and situational awareness reports
- Partner with other business units and contribute to a strong work culture
- Support the local Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies, to include law enforcement contacts
- Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study
- 10+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation
- 5+ years of management experience
- Industry methodologies and metrics defining excellence
- Knowledge of security technology systems and concepts
- Understand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulations
- Validated decision-making and discernment skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
