Job Summary
The Marketing Art Producer will coordinate the work of internal artists and external creators responsible for preparing advertising campaigns for upcoming titles. This role involves planning and managing 2D and video asset production, estimating material production time, actively analyzing risk, preparing cyclical reports, and cooperating with internal and external departments to execute marketing and business plans. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the Warsaw office.
Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Jira/Asana/Monday platforms for team task management.
- Advanced English and Polish, both spoken and written.
- Charisma and self-confidence in action.
- High level of work organization skills.
Good to Have
- Being an active PC/console gamer.
- Experience in the gamedev or technology industry.
- Understanding of marketing processes.
- Experience in organizing photo shoots.
- Knowledge of graphic and video formats.
- Orientation in current graphic and video trends.
- Strong willingness to learn and proactivity.

Job Description
Due to the holiday break, the response time will be significantly extended, and we will most likely not be able to provide further information before January.
The marketing department at 11 bit studios is looking for a candidate for the position of Marketing Art Producer. This person will be responsible for coordinating the work of the internal team of artists and cooperating with external creators responsible for preparing advertising campaigns for our upcoming titles!
The work will take place in a hybrid model (requiring presence at the office in Warsaw for a minimum of 3 days a week).
Your tasks will include:
- planning and managing the work of the internal department producing 2D and video assets
- estimating material production time and actively analyzing risk
- preparing cyclical reports on completed activities
- cooperation with external entities producing marketing materials
- cooperation with other company departments within the execution of marketing and business plans
Job requirements
