Sperasoft is seeking a Senior Material Artist to create high-quality materials and textures for AAA-quality assets. Responsibilities include producing outstanding materials using Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and ZBrush; collaborating with the Lead and Art Director to ensure alignment with art direction and style; working closely with Level Artists for material usability; maintaining material library integrity; setting up materials in the engine for proper functionality; conducting independent research and implementing industry trends; and selecting appropriate software for the task. The ideal candidate will possess deep Substance Designer knowledge, PBR expertise, proficiency in Maya or a similar program, Megascans experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to create materials across various styles. At least one shipped title and experience optimizing materials for real-time engines are required.
Good To Have:- Experience with complex semi-procedural shaders
