Ajmera Infotech is seeking a Senior ASP.NET Developer with Cloud Expertise to build fail-safe healthcare systems on Azure at scale. The role involves architecting and developing secure, scalable .NET microservices hosted on Azure, implementing mission-critical backend features with performance and compliance in mind. Responsibilities include leading Azure-native service integration, applying domain-driven design, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with DevSecOps, product, and compliance teams to uphold HIPAA standards. The developer will also monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems.
Must have:
- .NET development experience (C# preferred)
- Azure PaaS (App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB)
- Microservices, event-driven architecture, API design
- TDD/BDD, Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Authentication, authorization, encryption
- HIPAA, OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices
Good to have:
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker
- Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
- Messaging systems (Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, Kafka)
- Performance tuning, load testing, cost optimization
- Logging and telemetry (App Insights, ELK, Grafana)
- Healthcare product or EMR/EHR systems experience

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, scalable .NET microservices hosted on Azure
- Implement mission-critical backend features with performance and compliance top of mind
- Lead Azure-native service integration (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus)
- Apply domain-driven design, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD pipelines to ship reliable code
- Collaborate across DevSecOps, product, and compliance teams to uphold HIPAA standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve systems in production
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 5–12 years of .NET development experience (C# preferred)
- Strong command of Azure PaaS, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB
- Proven track record with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design
- TDD/BDD, Git workflows, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on with authentication, authorization, and encryption best practices
- Understanding of HIPAA, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding practices
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
- Messaging systems like Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, or Kafka
- Experience with performance tuning, load testing, and cost optimization in cloud apps
