As a Senior .Net Full-stack Engineer at Ness Romania SRL, you will demonstrate ownership in assignments from requirements to deployment, collaborating effectively within a team. You'll ensure compliance with enterprise standards and promote best practices. The role involves executing complex technical requirements, staying current with cloud trends, interfacing with various teams, and leveraging strong communication skills. Responsibilities include application architecture and design, utilizing modern distributed frontend and backend technology stacks, experience with cloud technologies, RDBMS, production support, serverless frameworks, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (ADO, Jenkins), JSON/XML libraries, testing tools (SoapUI, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Postman), and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses a BS/MS in Computer Science/IT and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Must have:
- 6+ years full-stack .NET/.NET Core experience
- Web APIs, REST/OData, AWS, Angular, SQL, Oracle
- Application architecture & design experience
- Cloud technologies, design patterns, best practices
- CI/CD experience (ADO, Jenkins)
- Testing experience (unit, performance, load)

What you'll do
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with assignments. This includes understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management;
- Team member with empathy and compassion. Focus on building a team culture that is based on trust.
- Ensure compliance through adopting enterprise standards and promoting best practices/guiding principles aligned with organization standards;
- Should drive and execute complex technical requirements;
- Be in tune with emerging trends in Cloud;
- Interface with users, business analysts, editors, quality assurance testers, and other teams as needed;
- Excellent written and oration skills.
What you'll bring
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- 6+ years full stack development experience in modern web development technologies such as .NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, Microsoft Office Automation, REST/OData, AWS, Angular, IIS, SQL, and Oracle;
- Hands-on experience contributing to application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns, and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed frontend and backend technology stacks;
- Strong experience and understanding of cloud-based technologies, design patterns, and best practices;
- Good understanding and knowledge of RDBMS;
- Experience supporting production environments;
- Proficient in building applications using serverless frameworks and containers using Dockers and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment tools like ADO, and Jenkins;
- Good understanding and usage of JSON Libraries, and XML libraries;
- Experience with tools such as SoapUI, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and Postman and being able to create unit test cases, performance testing, load testing;
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment;
- Quality first mindset with a strong background and experience with developing products for a global audience at scale;
- Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a strong ability to influence both IT and business partners.
