Job Title:

Senior Partner Integrations Specialist

Requisition ID:

R024138

Job Description:

Your Mission
As a Senior Partner Integrations Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and efficient management of contractor access across our game studios. You will be an expert in managing the technical aspects of partner onboarding, offboarding, and access control. In this role, your advanced knowledge of IT security will enable you to independently handle complex security issues, ensure rigorous access audits, and provide technical advisement on integrations. You will work cross-functionally – with IT, security, and game development teams – to implement effective solutions, enhance processes, and drive security improvements while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and security standards. This role will be a key contributor with the autonomy to lead their area of responsibility, focusing on problem solving, technical advisement, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Access Management & Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accuracy and security of contractor onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning processes.
  • Evaluate technical integration plans from a security perspective, ensuring that external partners’ access is configured securely and adheres to best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address potential access risks, proposing and implementing solutions to prevent security breaches.
  • Facilitate security assessments of partner systems and tools to ensure adherence to organizational security standards.

Database Management:

  • Monitor and track partner access and engagement details across multiple video game studios.
  • Maintain and refine the central contractor access database, ensuring data integrity, system security, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform recurring and one-off audits of contractor access to maintain security compliance and ensure accurate records within the central database.

Process Efficiency & Improvement:

  • Independently identify opportunities for process improvements related to contractor access management and security workflows.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance security across all studios.
  • Drive initiatives to automate key integration processes, reducing manual overhead and improving response times for partner requests.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and security advancements, applying insights to the refinement of security practices.

Security Advisory & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in IT Security for contractors, contributing to team discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams such as Legal, Marketing, and Production, providing expert guidance on secure integration processes and contractor access protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, security, and other technical teams to solve complex access issues and optimize security processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT security, technical support, or a related field, with a focus on contractor support.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT security principles, database management, and access control best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and implement effective technical solutions that enhance security and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), and/or automation tools.
  • Effective communicator with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in the video game industry or familiarity with game development workflows is highly desirable.
