The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing payroll for CR, US, and CAN. This includes managing new hires, leaves of absence, terminations, and updating payroll changes and deductions. The role also involves processing salary increases, retroactive payments, and importing third-party information for semi-monthly payroll. Key responsibilities include processing child support, wage assignments, and garnishments, auditing payroll registers and ADP reports, and preparing payroll-related reports for various departments. The analyst will also perform peer audits, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate year-end W-2 processing. Additionally, they will support audits for Worker’s Compensation, 401(k), and FSA, and provide payroll information to employees. Collaboration with ADP, government agencies, and vendors to resolve issues is crucial.

- Advanced English level
- Intermediate-advanced Excel skills
