Apple's Applications team is seeking an experienced Producer to coordinate, drive, and own the development of design deliverables for software initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, results-oriented individual with extensive experience managing design deliverables in a software product team or with a creative agency. The Producer will support a team of designers crafting the UI for Apple software experiences and ensure the timely delivery of design assets. Key responsibilities include strategically driving design development through collaboration, attention to detail, and perceptiveness. The Producer will manage and track the daily progress of the design team, proactively remove roadblocks, and resolve open issues. Collaboration and negotiation with cross-functional partners are essential for defining priorities, aligning schedules, navigating approvals, and driving decision-making. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional reviews, taking detailed notes, and communicating outcomes and next steps to stakeholders. A successful Producer will communicate effectively at all levels, facilitate actions, resolve conflicts, and lead through relationships and influence, maintaining both granular detail and a high-level project perspective.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting a team of designers who craft the UI for Apple software experiences and ensure the timely delivery of design deliverables. As the producer, you will strategically drive design development by being highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and perceptive. You will manage and track the day-to-day progress of the design team, and work to ensure that roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved. You will collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional partners' across the organization to define priorities, align schedules, navigate the approval process, and drive decision-making. You will coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, take detailed notes, and communicate results and next steps back to key stakeholders. A successful Producer communicates with ease at all levels, is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts and leads through relationships and influence. You will stay detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining a high level perspective of the project at hand.
