We're expanding one of our live games and looking for an experienced Games Producer to help drive new content and features for our players.

- Facilitate day-to-day processes, like stand-ups, post-mortems, etc.
- Planning of updates, productions, and marketing together with the leads, including communicating plans to stakeholders
- Long-term project management
- Team and people responsibility, including 1-on-1s, employee development, reviews, and salary regulations.

- Experienced with staff responsibility
- You're ready to tell us where we're going wrong and how we can improve
- You have team production experiences, such as using git, branching, stand-ups, sprints, and reviews
Requirements for any job at Triband
- You thrive in taking ownership of your area: you spot problems, seek advice when needed, and implement creative solutions that push projects forward.
- You're motivated by collaboration, mutual respect, inclusiveness, and creativity, and you actively contribute to sustaining that culture.
- You value a positive work environment and contribute to making the studio a fun and supportive place.
- You have team production experiences, such as using version control software (we use git), branching, stand-ups, sprints, and reviews.
Practicalities

- We work on-site at our cozy office in central Copenhagen.
- No crunch. People over deadlines.

What we offer
- A strong focus on personal growth and professional skill development.
- The chance to work on and impact great games that reach millions of players.

- Social activities such as hobby nights and Friday bars
- Daily lunch at a local restaurant with vegetarian/vegan options + soft ice on Thursdays
- And endless amounts of coffee.

WHAT THE TRIBAND?
We make people laugh! To do so, we focus on exploring comedy through gameplay. We like to break player expectations, use wonderful music, slick art, and create a quirky atmosphere. We experiment a lot, and it doesn’t always work out, but we always learn something.
We are currently 45+ people of 12 different nationalities. We put people first and strive to create a safe and creative working environment. We believe that teams, not individuals, make games - and we believe diversity makes for better teams. For these reasons, we look for people who make the team better, bring new perspectives, and will challenge us and our way of doing things!
