What is your role?
As a Senior Producer at Eleventh Hour Games, you will oversee the planning and execution of game development across multiple departments, ensuring that projects remain on track, aligned with studio priorities, and delivered at a high level of quality. You’ll play a key role in driving production pipelines, coordinating cross-discipline collaboration, and maintaining visibility of progress and risks for studio leadership.
This role requires project management expertise, communication skills, and the ability to balance scope, timelines, and team health in a remote-first environment. You will partner closely with creative, technical, and design leads to support both live operations and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive production planning and execution of game development deliverables, ensuring milestones are met on time and at quality
- Coordinate with discipline leads (design, art, engineering, etc.) to align project priorities and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Manage live operations, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals
- Track progress, identify risks, and provide clear visibility and reporting to leadership
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, schedules, and task tracking for projects under your ownership
- Support external partners and outsourcing teams to ensure deliverables are on schedule and up to standard
- Contribute to refining and improving production processes and pipelines to increase efficiency and scalability
- Mentor associate and mid-level producers, fostering accountability, communication, and problem-solving within the team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of production experience in the game industry
- Experience supporting cross-discipline teams through full development cycles, from concept to ship, including live game operations
- Familiarity with ARPGs, live-service pipelines, and multi-team collaboration
- Organizational skills and proficiency with project management software
- Ability to manage complex schedules and adapt plans to changing priorities
- Communication and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed/remote teams
- Comfortable discussing core aspects of game design and able to evaluate how production choices impact the player experience
- Ability to synthesize input from multiple disciplines into actionable production goals
