Job Description

As a Senior Product Analyst for the AI product team TheOne.AI, you will identify growth opportunities, conduct A/B tests, monitor key product metrics, and maintain dashboards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions. The role involves analyzing product data, generating hypotheses, evaluating changes, and identifying anomalies. TheOne.AI is an AI-driven platform designed for authentic interaction and entertainment, aiming to combat loneliness through a unique marketplace of AI bots mimicking real human interactions. This role involves deep diving into the world of emotions and interpersonal relationships. You will be working with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to provide solutions in the AI product pipeline.
Must have:
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis
  • Expertise in statistics including A/B tests
  • Understanding of product and marketing metrics
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Superset, Grafana, Power BI.
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level.
Good to have:
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts
  • Experience in unsupervised learning methods

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join one of our AI product teams - TheOne.AI.

TheOne
is an AI-driven platform designed for authentic interaction and entertainment, helping to combat loneliness. It features a unique profile marketplace with detailed backstories, covering individuals of all ages, genders, and nationalities, each with their unique interests. AI bots behind these profiles offer a personalized communication experience, mimicking real human interactions so convincingly that the line between artificial and real fades away.

These bots can engage in conversations, send voice messages, and share photos and videos, creating a sense of genuine interaction. TheOne allows users to forget they're interacting with AI, offering a deep dive into the world of emotions and interpersonal relationships. It redefines virtual entertainment standards, making every interaction unique and rich, setting a new benchmark for AI developments.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Identifying growth opportunities: Assisting in the generation, prioritization, validation, and evaluation of hypotheses ("what would happen if...?") to improve key product metrics.
    • Conduct A/B tests: Evaluating the impact of changes using A/B tests and causal inference techniques.
    • Monitor key product metrics: Identifying the causes of anomalies and deviations in key metrics, and signaling potential issues with the product.
    • Maintain dashboards: Creating, updating and improving product dashboards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the overall product pipeline.

    We expect from you:

    • Proficiency in Python, SQL: Strong coding skills in Python, experience with SQL.
    • Deep knowledge of statistics: Expertise in probability theory, statistics and A/B tests.
    • Understanding of product and marketing metrics: LTV, CSI, retention, conversions, etc.
    • Familiarity with BI tools: Superset, Grafana, Power BI, etc.
    • English level: B2+

    Nice to have:

    • Understanding of ML: machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
    • Experience in unsupervised learning: clustering, anomaly detection, visualization.
    • Experience with data labeling: Experience with drafting instructions and assessing quality of data labeling (Toloka, MTurk).

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
