As a Senior Product Manager at Product Madness, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction, development, and optimisation of an existing social casino mobile game. In this role, you will own roadmaps, translate market insights and customer feedback into innovative, high-impact features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional game experiences that drive engagement, retention, and monetisation. This position is ideal for an experienced product leader with a proven track record in the gaming industry, who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Skills and Requirements

  • Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation through execution, ensuring the roadmap aligns with both customer needs and business goals.

  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, sharing your expertise to elevate the overall product management function.

  • Lead the collection and analysis of customer feedback and in-game data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Prioritise initiatives based on detailed analysis, market research, and key performance indicators.

  • Foster clear communication and alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

  • Advocate for the customer experience by integrating insights into feature design and optimisation.

  • Convert innovative ideas into actionable product concepts, overseeing the creation of wireframes, mockups, and user flows.

  • Drive systematic A/B testing and post-launch optimisations to continually improve feature performance and monetisation.

  • Champion a collaborative, creative, and data-driven culture within the product team.
