Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for our industrial AI data platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a buyer-focused product marketing playbook that communicates how our industry-leading technology helps global companies harness edge data to enable industrial AI, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation at scale. Your B2B software experience combined with Industry 4.0 expertise will enable you to partner with Litmus leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Must have:
  • Position our edge data platform as the #1 solution in the industrial AI space.
  • Develop an integrated playbook to identify and engage our ideal buyer driving product awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Leverage data, customer insights, and market intelligence to guide messaging, use cases, and outcomes.
  • Lead feature launches for our industry-leading edge data platform.
  • Develop and define our feature release cadence and go-to-market launch motion.
  • Align marketing, sales, CX, product, and engineering to ensure smooth and successful feature releases.
  • Develop simple, clear, and pragmatic messaging and positioning.
  • Clearly explain the value of our edge data platform focusing on features, benefits, use cases, and outcomes.
  • Develop consistent messaging across all channels and through the entire buyer journey.
  • Identify and document practical, real-world examples of how our edge platform enables industrial AI, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation.
  • Develop content that effectively communicates the value of our platform in specific industrial and enterprise applications.
  • Work closely with sales and listen to what customers are saying to understand their challenges and create use cases.
  • Track and analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain competitive content to equip go-to-market with the information they need to win deals.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market data to inform go-to-market playbooks and strategies.
  • Create effective sales tools, such as presentations, product demos, and product briefs.
  • Provide training and support to the go-to-market team.
  • Develop resources that address common challenges, use cases, and objections.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for our industrial AI data platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop a buyer-focused product marketing playbook that communicates how our industry-leading technology helps global companies harness edge data to enable industrial AI, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation at scale.

Your B2B software experience combined with Industry 4.0 expertise will enable you to partner with Litmus leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to:

Drive Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Position our edge data platform as the #1 solution in the industrial AI space
  • Develop an integrated playbook to identify and engage our ideal buyer driving product awareness, adoption, and growth
  • Leverage data, customer insights, and market intelligence to guide messaging, use cases, and outcomes that resonate with the ideal buyer

Lead Product and New Feature Launches

  • Lead feature launches for our industry-leading edge data platform
  • Develop and define our feature release cadence and go-to-market launch motion
  • Align marketing, sales, CX, product, and engineering to ensure smooth and successful feature releases

Develop Buyer-Focused Messaging and Positioning

  • Develop simple, clear, and pragmatic messaging and positioning that communicates how our edge data platform enables industrial AI, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation at scale
  • Clearly explain the value of our edge data platform focusing on features, benefits, use cases, and outcomes
  • Develop consistent messaging across all channels and through the entire buyer journey

Define Platform Use Cases and Outcomes

  • Identify and document practical, real-world examples of how our edge platform enables industrial AI, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation at scale
  • Develop content that effectively communicates the value of our platform in specific industrial and enterprise applications.
  • Work closely with sales and listen to what customers are saying to understand their challenges and create use cases that address their specific needs

Gather Customer Insights and Market Intelligence

  • Track and analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop and maintain competitive content to equip go-to-market with the information they need to win deals
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market data to inform go-to-market playbooks and strategies

Enable Go-to-Market Teams and Partners

  • Create effective sales tools, such as presentations, product demos, and product briefs, that help the go-to-market team explain the value of our edge data platform
  • Provide training and support to the go-to-market team, ensuring they understand the platform's features, benefits, and how to address customer problems
  • Develop resources that address common challenges, use cases, and objections that highlight our unique market advantage

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience within B2B software or industrial technology
  • Knowledge and expertise in industrial AI, industrial IoT, industrial edge computing, and Industry 4.0
  • Experience building and running an integrated product marketing playbook with a strong focus on messaging and positioning, new feature launches, and go-to-market enablement and readiness
  • Ability to lead and thrive in a product marketing environment purpose-built for agility, speed, and growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex industrial AI concepts into simple and clear language for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong cross-functional team collaboration as well as the ability to operate as an individual contributor
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
