Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will oversee the product marketing strategy for the exchange, focusing on user and transaction growth. They will design and implement marketing initiatives based on market trends and events. The role includes developing a deep understanding of channel growth mechanisms, monitoring channel feedback, and providing product optimization recommendations. Additionally, this role requires analyzing channel growth data to refine marketing strategies and identifying innovative growth opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Work experience in crypto or financial exchanges
- Demonstrated ability for effective traffic conversion
- Strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills
- High levels of self-motivation and analytical mindset
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee product marketing strategy for the exchange, with a focus on user and transaction growth.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives in response to market trends and current events.
- Develop a thorough understanding of various channel growth mechanisms, monitor channel feedback, and provide ongoing product optimization recommendations.
- Analyze channel growth data to refine and enhance marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify and explore innovative growth opportunities, continuously enhancing marketing effectiveness.
What We Look For In You
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Work experience in crypto or financial exchanges is a must
- Track record in user and product operations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to leverage current trends for effective traffic conversion.
- Strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills.
- High levels of self-motivation and a strong analytical mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with different stakeholders
