Must have:
  • 6+ years of experience in program/project management.
  • 2+ years in people management or mentorship.
  • Proven success in cross-functional programs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems strategically.
  • A passion for building high-performing teams.
Good to have:
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MBA.
  • Fluency with remote collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with database technologies.

In this role, you will own critical programs, collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure alignment, seamless execution, and meaningful results. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs aligned with strategic business goals.
    • Facilitate project meetings and workshops to align stakeholders and drive execution.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and dependencies. 
    • Proactively identify and resolve risks, as well as address blockers and drive accountability to keep programs on track.
    • Serve as the connective tissue for teams and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams.
    • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and transparency across program operations.
    • Mentor and support team members, fostering their growth and supporting them in navigating complex challenges.

Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years in a people management or mentorship role.
    • Proven success leading cross-functional programs in a fast-paced remote or hybrid environment.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives.
    • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Teams.
    • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems with a strategic and structured approach.
    • A passion for building high-performing teams and developing others.

Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MBA are a plus but not required. 
    • Fluency with remote collaboration tools and distributed team dynamics.
    • Familiarity with database technologies
