Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will coordinate major projects to ensure timing, cost, and quality requirements are achieved. You will establish program timing charts, plan and implement kick-off and review meetings, coordinate project transfers, and manage program progress, identifying and resolving roadblocks. This role involves coordinating efforts across departments and reporting program status to the Regional MVL Executive Steering Team, ensuring adherence to customer milestones and cost control.

Must Have:

Coordinate projects to ensure timing, cost, and quality requirements are achieved.
Assure the establishment of program timing charts.
Plan and implement program kick-off and review meetings.
Coordinate transfers of projects from other plants.
Manage the progress of programs and identify roadblocks.
Coordinate the efforts of all departments involved in a program to resolve obstacles.
Report to the Regional MVL Executive Steering Team the status of all major programs.
Approve internal timings to meet customer milestones.
Take any appropriate action to ensure the timing and cost control of programs.
Stop and report all activity/decision that compromises the health and security of workers and environmental contamination.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
2+ years related experience.
Proficiency in English level.
Advance Excel.
Analytics.
Problem solving.

As a Program Manager on our team, you’ll coordinate major projects to ensure timing, cost, and quality requirements are achieved. Projects are assigned by the Executive Steering Team. Has the authority to take any appropriate action to ensure timing and cost control of new product programs.

In your daily job you will:

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
