Process Technician LP_ Dies

This role involves supporting the Process Engineering Supervisor in analyzing and implementing changes, calculating, requisitioning, installing, and releasing equipment and tools for cutting and die center areas. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Cutting BOP, managing the die center, and resolving design issues related to equipment and tools.

Must Have

• Assist in analysis, identification of changes, calculation, requisition, installation, and release of equipment and tools for cutting and CDD areas.
• Ensure compliance with Cutting BOP, die center, and resolve design problems in equipment and tools.
• Control and development of the die center.
• Equipment preparation and operation (readjustment).
• Verification of die functionality and release.
• Direct attention to tool design issues.
• CAO system support.
• Equipment and tool inventory control.

Generic Description (Responsibility):

Responsible to the Process Engineering Supervisor, for assisting in the analysis and identification of changes, calculation, requisition, installation, and release of equipment and tools for the cutting and CDD areas. Compliance with the Cutting BOP, die center, and resolution of design problems in equipment and tools.
