This apprenticeship position involves supporting Account Managers in various tasks related to client contract management, volume forecasting, prototype needs, new contract preparation, reporting, and maintaining CRM tools.
Good To Have:
  • First experience in data and/or market analysis.
Must Have:
  • Support Account Managers in applying, monitoring, and managing client contracts (price management, depreciation tracking, packaging conditions, logistics flows).
  • Support Account Managers in compiling and analyzing volume forecasts (multi-product lines).
  • Consolidate and manage prototype needs with Account Managers (price negotiation, commercial offer drafting, MOQ validation).
  • Support Account Managers in preparing/drafting new contracts (RFQ, Series Life, Aftermarket).
  • Participate in supporting Account Managers in developing various reporting materials (reporting to GAM Renault Nissan Mitsubishi).
  • Contribute to maintaining account commercial information in APTIV CRM tools.
  • Currently studying in an engineering, business, management school, or IAE.
  • Proficiency in office tools.
  • Good level of English (read, written, spoken).
  • Aptitude for international business and negotiation in a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, dynamism, good organizational skills.

This position is available for ALTERNANCE (apprenticeship)

Mission objective: Your MISSION will be to support Account Managers, notably:

Your main missions:

  • Existing client contracts: Support Account Managers in the application, monitoring, and management of client contracts (price management, depreciation tracking, packaging conditions, logistics flows).
  • Volume forecasts: Support Account Managers in compiling and analyzing volume forecasts (multi-product lines).
  • Prototype needs: Consolidate and manage prototype needs with Account Managers (price negotiation, drafting of commercial offers, validation of MOQs).
  • New contracts: Support Account Managers in the preparation/drafting of new contracts (RFQ, Series Life, Aftermarket).
  • Reporting support: Participate in supporting Account Managers in developing various reporting materials (reporting to GAM Renault Nissan Mitsubishi).
  • CRM tools: Contribute to maintaining account commercial information in APTIV CRM tools.

Your profile:

You are currently studying in an engineering school, business school, management school, or IAE and wish to gain highly formative experience in the field of key accounts and multi-client, multi-product sales;

Listening skills, analytical quality, and team spirit are essential assets for this position.

You are proficient in office tools.

A good level of English is expected (read, written, and spoken) as you will have numerous international contacts. You will therefore also need an aptitude for international business and negotiation in a multicultural environment.

You demonstrate a real capacity for adaptation, and your curiosity and dynamism will allow you to approach your missions in the best conditions. You are motivated and possess good organizational skills.

A first experience in data and/or market analysis is a plus!
