Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
