As a Senior Program Manager at Gojek, you will be a strategic thinking partner to Product Managers and business leaders, using analytical skills, commercial intuition, and operational discipline to identify problems and drive feature growth. You will guide complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with measurable business outcomes. Your role involves structuring ambiguous problems, deriving insights from data, and translating them into actionable strategies. You will analyze feature performance, drive growth and optimization, define go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a project manager and negotiator.
Must have:
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or product growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure complex ideas and present them compellingly
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to develop structured problem-solving approaches
- Experience with financial modeling and/or A/B testing

About The Role
As a Senior Program Manager at Gojek, you will go beyond driving execution - you will be a strategic thinking partner to Product Managers and business leaders. You’ll combine sharp analytical skills, commercial intuition, and operational discipline to identify the right problems to solve and unlock the most impactful levers for feature growth. In this role, you’ll help guide complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring they’re not only delivered on time but also aligned with measurable business outcomes. Your ability to structure ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and translate those into actionable strategies will be critical to success.
What You Will Do
- Identify key problems and areas for improvement by deeply analyzing feature performance and processes
- Drive growth and optimization to enhance the feature's contribution to unit economics
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies to scale features effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, marketing, sales, operations) to uncover new use cases and broaden impact
- Serve as a project manager and negotiator, aligning with internal and external stakeholders to secure resources and drive execution
What You Will Need
- At least 6 years of experience in strategy & planning, consulting, project management, or product growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions across functions and senior leadership, including C-level executives
- Ability to clearly structure complex ideas and present them in a compelling, business-relevant way
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to develop structured problem-solving approaches using MECE frameworks and impact sizing
- Experience with financial modeling and/or A/B testing experiments
