Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to plan, supervise, and lead projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves managing resources, budgets, risks, and changes, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and satisfy partners within specifications, quality standards, costs, and timeframes. The specialist will drive the implementation of new work programs, coordinate development improvements, maintain accurate project timelines with contingency buffers, identify project risks with mitigating actions, and track outcomes through to customer acceptance. Responsibilities also include supervising project budgets, managing deviations, tracking progress within financial constraints, and controlling meetings with clear agendas while maintaining comprehensive records of decisions and action points.
Must have:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience

What you will do:

  • Plan, supervise and lead projects from initiation through delivery, using formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and satisfy partners while adhering to specifications, quality standards, costs and timeframes.
  • Drive implementation of new work programs and coordinate development improvements while maintaining accurate project timeline with contingency buffers.
  • Identify project risks with mitigating actions and track outcomes through to customer acceptance.
  • Supervise project budgets, managing deviations and tracking progress within financial constraints.
  • Control meetings with clear agendas while maintaining comprehensive records of decisions and action points.

What We Expect:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience in project delivery success.
  • Shown years of experience in a Technology & Project Management role.
  • Experience in Financial Services e.g. FinTech provider, exchange, bank, broker, or financial institution.
  • Experience managing technology projects consisting of infrastructure, systems, cloud, and applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and client engagement skills.
  • Establish relationships that develop trust and encourage confidence.
  • A highly collaborative working style.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. The company allows the flexibility to work 3 days a week on-site and the rest of the week remotely (Hybrid model). As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
