As a Senior Project Manager at AMG, you will play a critical role in the effective planning, execution, oversight and completion of key projects within our projects department. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and high-level understanding of the gaming industry will be essential in coordinating internal resources and delivering events that exceed the expectations of our external stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the logistics and details of our projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will oversee and lead Project Managers who are working to support each program, making sure their work outcomes are effective and accurate. You will provide risk management during decision making processes, and help to facilitate any external communications with primary stakeholders. You will oversee and support collaborative efforts with various teams within the organization, including our Creative, Production, and Procurement departments, to ensure that we produce exceptional results that meet the needs of our program and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Responsibilities & Duties

Develop and maintain a strong grasp of AMG vision, company direction, and core product offerings, with ability to steer client communications towards projects and initiatives that align with AMG core competencies, or key initiatives.
Oversee and manage multiple projects and project managers, with a comprehensive awareness of all project aspects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, design and plan the project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, key measures of success, resources, blockers, and more. Define the impact and effectiveness of the plan, and adjust to hit all primary goals.
Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation like schedules, budgets and trackers.
Provide support, guidance and oversight to Project Managers across multiple projects, making sure their tasks are completed on time, in scope, and within budget, ensuring all items meet client requirements.
Manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, or costs, and promptly flagging with appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: Proven 3-5 years of working experience as a Project Manager or similar role with project oversight, preferably in the influencer marketing, gaming, or event space.
STRONG PREFERENCE: Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, specifically in the mobile space.
STRONG PREFERENCE: Strong understanding of live event productions and broadcasts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of the cloud-based G-Suite software
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
A team player with the ability to work independently when required
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while managing complex projects
