- Steuerung von Projektplänen, Ressourcen und Budgets nach internen Standards und Kundenanforderungen
- Sicherstellung professioneller und effizienter Projektumsetzung
- Aufbau und Pflege starker Kundenbeziehungen durch zielgerichtete Kommunikation
- Proaktives Risikomanagement und schnelle Lösung von Herausforderungen
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an interne und externe Stakeholder
Deine Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige berufliche Erfahrung
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Softwarefokus
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Vorbildfunktion im Team
- Erfahrung in performance-orientierten, interdisziplinären und internationalen Projektteams
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Standards, Tools, Methoden und Abläufen im Software-Projektmanagement
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln auch unter Druck
- Kenntnisse in Life Sciences, Pharma oder VR/XR/MR von Vorteil
