Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager for XR Software Projects, you will lead the delivery of immersive, enterprise-grade XR solutions for global clients in the life sciences industry. You will act as the bridge between customer vision and internal execution, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, with a focus on software projects.
Proven track record of managing and delivering projects of varying complexity to enterprise customers.
Consistently demonstrate a high work ethic, setting a positive example for the team.
Experience working in performance-driven, cross-functional and international teams.
In-depth understanding of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and software project management workflows.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure situations.
Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or experience with VR/XR/MR is a plus.
