Senior Project Manager - XR Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager for XR Software Projects, you will lead the delivery of immersive, enterprise-grade XR solutions for global clients in the life sciences industry. You will act as the bridge between customer vision and internal execution, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of enterprise client software projects and ensure their successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and client expectations.
• Strengthen client satisfaction and retention by ensuring clear and professional communication, building positive relationships.
• Align project priorities with client goals and deliver value through efficient and reliable project execution.
• Anticipate risks and mitigate potential challenges, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on track and within scope, time and budget.
• Continuously monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, with a focus on software projects.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects of varying complexity to enterprise customers.
• Consistently demonstrate a high work ethic, setting a positive example for the team.
• Experience working in performance-driven, cross-functional and international teams.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and software project management workflows.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure situations.
• Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or experience with VR/XR/MR is a plus.
