Job Description

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a Senior QA for Salesforce to design, develop, and execute test plans for Salesforce applications. The role involves identifying, tracking, and resolving software defects, writing comprehensive test cases, and providing detailed test reports. The Senior QA will ensure Salesforce applications meet business requirements, stay updated with testing tools, perform regression testing, and collaborate with stakeholders. Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration is essential, with Apex knowledge being a plus.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of Apex, the Salesforce programming language, can be beneficial for creating complex test cases.

Must Have:

Designing, developing, and executing test plans for Salesforce applications.
Identifying, recording, and tracking software defects in a bug tracking system.
Working closely with developers to ensure defects are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
Provide detailed test result reports to project manager and stakeholders.
Ensure that Salesforce applications meet business requirements and standards.
Staying up to date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve the overall quality of software.
Performing regression testing to ensure that changes to the software do not impact functionality.
Should take active part in requirement gathering sessions for the project.
Assessing and evaluating new Salesforce features and updates.
Should have experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce portal using "clicks, not code".
Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the system have been tested and are working perfectly.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in Quality Assurance, particularly with Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and components.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
