Databricks Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Databricks Consultant to join our technical team and participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions built on the Databricks platform. We are looking for an expert who understands data architectures, has experience with modern cloud ecosystems, and can help clients translate their data strategies into practice. The work also includes active communication with clients and partners in Czech and English.

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Databricks (platform, implementation, integration)
• Technical knowledge in data platforms and cloud solutions
• English at C1 level – fluent communication with international clients
• Czech – advanced knowledge for daily communication with local clients

Good to Have

• Experience with presales or consulting activities

We are looking for an experienced Databricks Consultant to become part of our technical team and participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions built on the Databricks platform. We are looking for an expert who understands data architectures, has experience with modern cloud ecosystems, and can help clients translate their data strategies into practice. The work also includes active communication with clients and partners in Czech and English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consultation with clients regarding the possibilities of implementing Databricks solutions
• Collaboration with the sales and technical team in designing architecture and solutions
• Presentation of technical solutions to customers and leading workshops
• Support in creating Proof of Concept (PoC) and technical demonstrations
• Active participation in presales activities and preparation of commercial offers
• Monitoring trends in data platforms and proposing innovations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Databricks (platform, implementation, integration)
• Technical knowledge in data platforms and cloud solutions
• Experience with presales or consulting activities is an advantage
• English at C1 level – fluent communication with international clients
• Czech – advanced knowledge for daily communication with local clients
• Ability to clearly present technical solutions and argue for your proposals
• Proactive approach and independence in solving complex tasks
