Job Details
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety programs of contractors and the managing company, ensuring conformity with legal and client requirements, with a focus on zero lost-time accidents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise compliance with the Health and Safety management programs of contractors and the managing company.
- Promote meetings and follow-up routines, consolidate information, and prepare SSO reports.
- Coordinate the mobilization process, document verification, and work release.
- Lead the team of Safety and Environment Technicians, ensuring the supervision of SSO conditions in projects.
- Conduct training and capacity building for the managing company's employees.
- Implement actions to mitigate risks and labor liabilities.
- Monitor SSO statistics and promote preventive actions.
- Evaluate reports, investigate accidents, and ensure compliance with action plans.
- Develop and implement procedures and programs for continuous improvement of health and safety conditions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Post-graduate degree in Safety Engineering.
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects, natural gas networks or large industrial works.
- Experience with licensing and authorization processes.
- Driver's license category B.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Desirable: Power BI proficiency, risk management, and intermediate English.
