Noicompriamoauto.it is the leading specialist in Europe for the valuation and purchase of used cars, with over 350 branches in 9 European countries. It is part of AUTO1 Group. The Service Assistant acts as the primary contact between clients and headquarters, managing administrative purchase procedures and daily branch activities to ensure a unique customer experience.
Must have:
  • Welcoming and assisting customers at every stage of the appointment.
  • Managing documentation, duplicate keys, and purchase contracts.
  • Handling the car fleet and loading/unloading car transporters.
  • Reporting activities and liaising with car practice agencies.
  • Collaborating with purchasers in branch activities.
  • Previous experience in administrative and/or commercial back office, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in using main IT tools, especially Excel.
  • Driving license B (essential requirement).
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, flexibility, and precision.

The Service Assistant is the first point of contact between customers and the group's headquarters. They are responsible for managing the administrative purchase procedure and handling all daily activities of their branch, in order to make the customer experience unique.

Qualifications

What you will do:

Additional Information

The workplace will be at the Noi Compriamo Auto branch in Forlì and the work is full-time from Monday to Saturday.
