Job Description

The Talent & Culture team at Morningstar supports talent development and growth through initiatives with business leaders and global teams, aiming to improve organizational effectiveness in India. This role seeks a bright, energetic, and driven individual, with or without prior P&C experience, who desires to learn the P&C domain. The Executive will provide timely project and process support to employees, managers, and P&C professionals, ensuring a great service experience and enhancing team productivity.
Must Have:
  • Provide consistent support and feedback to employees regarding HR related issues
  • Support P&C daily operations including on-boarding, termination, probation, and employee queries
  • Identify challenges and opportunities for driving excellence in P&C operations
  • Maintain Morningstar P&C knowledge base and update process documents
  • Manage AskHR ticketing system and dashboard
  • Support process changes in P&C information systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Assist Ops team in P&C activities and ceremonies like R&R and Tenure awards
  • Assist the team in maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently
  • Demonstrate high level of discretion and candor relating to confidential information
  • Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude
  • Good Communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel

For the role, we need a bright, energetic, and driven individual who, may or may not have prior P&C experience, but has a desire to learn about P&C domain while providing timely project and process support to employees, managers, and other P&C professionals. The goal is to provide a great service experience to employees and managers needing assistance from P&C; and to make other P&C professionals on the team more productive by supporting their projects and day-to-day process tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent support and feedback to employees who have queries regarding HR related issues
  • Support P&C daily operations such as on-boarding, termination, probation and employee queries
  • Support P&C operations team to identify challenge and opportunity of driving excellence
  • Continually maintain Morningstar P&C knowledge base and update process documents
  • Responsible for managing AskHR ticketing system and dashboard
  • Support process change in P&C information system, make sure the data is updated and accurate
  • Assist Ops team in P&C activities and other ceremonies like R&R, Tenure awards, etc
  • Assist the team in maintaining reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently
  • Demonstrate high level of discretion and candor relating to confidential information.
  • Self-motivated and can-do attitude
  • Good Communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
