The ideal candidate will have experience with self-managed Agile teams and strong problem-solving skills.
Must have:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience with self-managed Agile teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Ensure Agile best practices and remove roadblocks
- Coach team for continuous improvement

Job requirements
Job Title: Sr.Scrum Master

Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
· Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and removes roadblocks.
· Foster collaboration and a self-managed team culture.
· Track and report progress using Agile metrics.
· Coach the team to continuously improve processes.
Skills:
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
· Experience working with self-managed Agile teams.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
$50 - $55 an hour
