Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The role involves formulating business problems into data science problems, validating OKRs against statistical measures, and performing data wrangling. You will be responsible for data storytelling, insight generation, and problem-solving, utilizing tools like Excel VBA. A strong aptitude for data curiosity, technical decision-making, and clear communication (vocal and written) is essential. Business acumen to quickly learn new domains through data and design thinking are also key. The position requires at least 9 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years in delivering AI-powered products and at least 2 years of dedicated Product Management experience. Experience with GPT/LLM model development, including pre-processing, feature selection, hyper-parameter tuning, Agentic AI solutioning, Graph RAG, and developing natural language generation models for applications like chatbots and question-answering systems is crucial. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and use cases, conduct data analysis, pre-processing, feature engineering, and model selection for accurate model creation. Continuous monitoring and iteration to improve model performance based on feedback are expected. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills are required, along with exceptional attention to detail and innovative thinking to address challenges.
Must have:

Job requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
    • Overall 9+ years and Minimum of 2+ years of experience in delivering AI-powered products, with at least 2 years of dedicated Product Management experience.
    • At least 1 years of experience with GPT/LLM model development, including pre-processing, feature selection, and hyper-parameter tuning Experience working on Agentic AI solutioning, Develop and train GPT/LLM models to generate natural language text for various applications such as chatbots, question-answering systems, and recommendation engines. Hands on Experience in Graph RAG and agentic AI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop use cases for GPT/LLM models. Hands on experience in Machine learning, regression, forecasting and Deep learning Conduct data analysis, pre-processing, feature engineering and model selection to create accurate models in a timely and efficient manner. Continuously monitor the accuracy and performance of the models, and iterate to improve the model's performance based on feedback. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to think innovatively and address challenges at both macro and micro levels. Defining the vision for the Data / AI use with senior leaders for the medium and long term. Share, update and align the vision of the use cases with senior stakeholders to act as the clear guide path for adoption and growth.
