Brillio is seeking a BI Specialist with strong SQL skills to drive data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and Agile development, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports, utilizing SQL for data extraction and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with ETL pipelines, engaging with stakeholders, managing projects, and applying strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights. The role also involves problem-solving and soft skills to address complex data challenges.

Must have:

SQL

8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
Expertise in Power BI (data visualization, reporting, dashboarding)
Strong SQL proficiency (advanced query writing, performance optimization, data analysis)
Data Engineering knowledge (ETL pipelines, data modeling)
Agile Development Experience

Job Description: We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong SQL skills to drive data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and Agile development, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative solutions.
Work with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration where applicable (without direct Azure development).
Apply strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights.
Demonstrate problem-solving and soft skills to address complex data challenges and collaborate effectively.

Required Skills:

Expertise in Power BI – Data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.
Strong SQL Proficiency – Advanced query writing, performance optimization, and data analysis.
Data Engineering Knowledge – Experience with ETL pipelines and data modeling.
Agile Development Experience – Working in Agile teams, iterative development, and cross-team collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
Problem-Solving & Soft Skills – Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex data challenges.
