Brillio is seeking a Senior SDET with 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, specializing in both manual and automated testing. The role requires expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and API testing with Postman/Swagger. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of test case design, CI/CD workflows, and bug tracking tools, along with proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java. This hybrid position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Must Have

• 5–7 years of experience in software quality assurance with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or automated API test frameworks
• Strong knowledge of test case design, test planning, defect lifecycle, and software QA methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, or any scripting language used in test automation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
