Job Description

Youdao is seeking a Global Influencer Marketing specialist to manage influencer campaigns focusing on gaming content creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating influencers, negotiating collaboration pricing, supporting KOL campaign management (script development, progress tracking, translation, post-campaign analysis), and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of influencer marketing experience, familiarity with popular gaming titles, strong proficiency in international social media platforms, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. This role plays a crucial part in expanding Youdao's reach within the global online education market, connecting with key gaming influencers to promote their learning products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize key overseas social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others, to identify and evaluate gaming influencers based on advertiser requirements, focusing on high-quality accounts with strong content and engagement. Assist in negotiating collaboration pricing.
  • Support the management of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing campaigns, participating in tasks such as script development, progress tracking, video translation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Respond promptly to assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years within the influencer marketing space or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with popular gaming titles (e.g., Minecraft, Roblox) is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in various social media platforms, especially international ones.
  • Ability to work effectively in both English and Chinese, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to responding to tasks and feedback.
