What the Role Entails

• Oversee and maintain the daily operations of backend business security, including regular maintenance, operational planning, and emergency response
• Establish and refine operational metrics and processes to ensure high-quality and reliable operations.
• Develop systems and tools to improve operational efficiency, automating tasks and streamlining workflows.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems and development environments
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Shell and Python.
• A strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and logging systems like ELK stack. Experience in building operational tool platforms is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP network communication, with the ability to analyze network packet captures to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.
• A strong sense of security operational mission, a high degree of ownership, responsibility, and execution.
• Bilingual working capability in both Chinese and English, with an international perspective, able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with stakeholders at the China headquarters and other regions
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with mobile game security issues and related scenarios.
