Job Description

This role is for a PUBGM Brand Manager specializing in Influencer Marketing at Level Infinite, Tencent's international gaming brand. The manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for PUBG MOBILE, analyzing game content and market trends to identify communication points, and collaborating with global and regional teams. Key duties include evaluating promotional effectiveness using data, optimizing future campaigns, and contributing to the global influencer ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of marketing experience, a strong understanding of influencer marketing, data analysis skills, and fluent English.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct influencer marketing and promotion for PUBG MOBILE, developing influencer marketing strategies, planning key promotional campaigns, and executing them based on game version content and milestones;

2. Effectively analyze current version content, combine with popular trends and market conditions to extract user communication points, select suitable influencers, and collaborate with HQ team marketing POCs and regional team influencer managers to plan and execute influencer marketing activities;

3. Review promotional effectiveness, optimize subsequent promotion work by combining influencer promotion, product conversion, and user research data;

4. From a global headquarters perspective, provide overall review and optimization suggestions for regional market influencer marketing and collaboration models;

5. Assist in building and improving the overall small and medium-sized influencer ecosystem and management system;

Job Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in marketing/promotion planning, with experience in campaign planning, execution, and effectiveness evaluation, and understanding of the basic logic of influencer marketing methods and effectiveness evaluation;

2. Proactive thinking, not just passively receiving requests, capable of generating innovative ideas for influencer marketing;

3. Strong business growth orientation, good data and user research awareness, able to link various communication effects with product data growth, focusing on improving product data performance through marketing;

4. Understanding of overseas influencer content and viral logic, keen sense of overseas trends and memes, able to transform hot topics into creative ideas, eager to explore new things;

5. Passionate about games, a gamer, able to deconstruct product fun points from a player's perspective, deep experience in BR/FPS or other game categories preferred;

6. Strong learning and execution ability, able to handle cross-cultural communication with an open and inclusive mindset, strong teamwork awareness, and high pressure resistance. Fluent in English, usable as a working language.
