Job Description

Condé Nast is seeking an Influencer Management Intern in Mumbai, India. This role involves identifying and researching influencers, building relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, collaborating on content creation, monitoring performance, assisting with basic contract negotiation, and staying informed on industry trends. The intern will contribute to enhancing brand credibility and successful collaborations across Condé Nast's global portfolio.

  • Initiate and maintain communication with influencers through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers on the creation of engaging and authentic content that aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Assist in proof-reading terms and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Job Description

1. Influencer Identification and Research:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers aligned with our brand and target audience.
  • Analyze social media trends and emerging influencers to stay ahead of industry changes.

2. Outreach and Relationship Building:

  • Initiate and maintain communication with influencers through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with influencers to enhance brand credibility and collaboration opportunities.

3. Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with influencers to ensure they have the necessary resources and information for successful collaboration.

4. Content Creation Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with influencers on the creation of engaging and authentic content that aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure content meets brand standards.

5. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

6. Contract Negotiation (Very basic level only):

  • Assist in proof-reading terms and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.

7. Stay Informed:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing influencer strategies based on industry developments
