Job Overview
- We are looking for a Marketing and Influencer Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding Flow’s brand presence both online and offline. This role blends marketing project management, influencer outreach and management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, build and manage relationships with influencers, and oversee the development of high-impact content. This includes coordinating local shoots with creators, managing content pipelines, and ensuring that influencer and brand assets are aligned with Flow’s voice and strategy. The role also involves supporting social care and community management, helping bring Flow’s brand to life across digital platforms and real-world activations.
- Marketing Coordination
- Assist in executing dynamic marketing initiatives while managing a comprehensive and strategic marketing calendar.
- Project manage the development of multiple marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, email, digital, and print initiatives.
- Coordinate sponsorships, campaigns, and partnerships to promote brand awareness.
- Support the oversight of developing marketing materials, presentations, and assets.
- Influencer Management
- Identify, outreach to, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators across local and global markets.
- Develop influencer briefs and campaign guidelines that align with Flow’s brand voice and objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee influencer shoots, ensuring high-quality deliverables and brand alignment.
- Manage influencer content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets for use across Flow’s platforms.
- Track performance of influencer campaigns, reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI. Work with the social and creative teams to repurpose influencer content across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and developing campaign briefs.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
