**Job Description:**
Responsible for research and investment analysis in the ACGN/female-oriented game industry in China, completing category strategic research, identifying excellent companies and projects, discovering potential business opportunities, and formulating investment plans. For responsible clients, establish long-term and high-quality business relationships, while possessing the acumen, resources, and ability to discover potential target clients and product collaborations, helping Tencent enhance coverage and implementation of high-quality game teams and projects. Continuously monitor the development trends of the Chinese game market, independently lead research topics, and form valuable strategic recommendations for the department and company.
1. Heavy player of ACGN/female-oriented games preferred, passionate about ACGN culture, familiar with ACGN/female-oriented cultural circles, has deeply experienced multiple ACGN mobile/PC/console games, familiar with ACGN community platforms and user characteristics, a deep user of the category;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in game investment and strategic business analysis, with keen business insight, skilled at capturing and discovering new market opportunities and trends, capable of producing high-quality analysis reports on research areas;
3. Adaptable to Chinese and English work, excellent internal and external communication skills, able to flexibly handle complex tasks, and capable of leading relevant business negotiations, planning and implementing business cooperation;
4. Bonus points: Experienced game player across categories/platforms; relevant game development experience; rich industry contacts and relationship resources.
