The Tencent Games Business Department seeks a Senior Strategic Investment Manager in Shenzhen. The manager will conduct in-depth research and investment analysis for ACGN/female-oriented games in China, identify promising projects, and develop investment strategies. The goal is to enhance Tencent's portfolio of quality game teams and products globally.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in game investment or strategic business analysis
- Keen business insight, skilled at capturing and discovering new market opportunities
- Capable of producing high-quality analysis reports on research areas
- Adaptable to Chinese and English work
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Able to flexibly handle complex tasks
- Capable of leading relevant business negotiations, planning and implementing business cooperation

- Deep user and heavy player of ACGN/female-oriented games, familiar with related cultural circles and communities
- Cross-category/platform game experience
