Job Description:

  • Apply strategic thinking to formulate macro cooperation strategies and organizational cooperation models with partners.
  • Through operational analysis, business analysis, and other capabilities and tools, conduct in-depth analysis of the game market, competitors, and user behavior, and provide operational management insights and decision support for partners and projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and drive cross-functional team collaboration to achieve the goals of implementing cooperation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor domestic and international game market dynamics, explore emerging industry and technology trends, and provide strategic advice for the development of the game industry and product categories.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Love ACGN culture, familiar with ACGN/female-oriented cultural circles, have deeply experienced multiple ACGN mobile/PC/console games, familiar with ACGN community platforms and user characteristics, and are deep users of the category.

2. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in the game industry or management consulting, possessing good business analysis skills and insight, and the ability to flexibly solve complex cooperation problems.

3. Good at communication, able to effectively integrate resources, and outstanding ability to drive business implementation.

4. Able to adapt to Chinese and English work; game planning/PM/publishing background is a plus.
