What the Role Entails

• Research industry solutions, combine customer needs with Tencent's audio and video product features, organize high-value solutions, and compile industry solutions and case study materials for the local market.
• Under the guidance of a mentor, provide technical support for pre-sales technical consulting/PoC verification services to customers, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
• Conduct industry analysis and market research, select target customer lists, and collaborate with sales to promote business development.

Who We Look For

• Education/Specialization: University graduate or higher, Computer Science, MBA-related majors preferred.
• Language/Communication: Fluent Japanese (business level), excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, desk research and document creation skills.
• Thinking/Ability: Excellent thinking ability, high business acumen. Outstanding learning ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism: Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, passionate about work, excellent stress resistance and teamwork spirit.
