Senior Software Engineer - Elixir

Stord is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Elixir to drive product expansion and revolutionize the 3PL industry. This role involves owning the complete lifecycle of new features, from conception to delivery, enhancing both Elixir/Phoenix backend and React frontend services. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop innovative solutions, and solve complex supply chain problems, contributing to a platform that optimizes warehouse processes and order fulfillment for leading omni-channel brands.

Must Have

• Drive the evolution of the platform by owning the complete lifecycle of new features: from conception and testing to iterative delivery.
• Contribute to and enhance both our robust back-end (Elixir/Phoenix) and engaging front-end (React) services.
• Partner with teams across the organization to gain deep insights into customer and vendor needs, develop effective solutions, and rapidly bring them to life.
• Collaborate with a team of bright and driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional work.
• Engage with and solve a wide spectrum of challenging technical and groundbreaking supply chain problems.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Elixir or other functional programming paradigms.
• Solid experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks.
• Experience in transforming design wireframes into fully functional production features.
• The ability to produce clean, dependable, and easily maintainable code.
• A strong intrinsic motivation to tackle and resolve complex issues.
