Must have:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual and automated testers.
- Oversee creation and execution of test plans and test cases from product requirements.
- Guide the team in defect identification, tracking, and resolution.
- Define and implement automated testing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with development leads, test managers, and stakeholders for seamless integration of testing.
- Stay current with industry trends, new testing methodologies, and tools.
- Support the Test Manager in achieving strategic goals for the QA team.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Significant experience in Quality Assurance testing with a proven track record of leadership.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., ALM).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and various programming languages.
- Experience in triage and prioritization of issues.
Good to have:
- A background in networking or server installations.
