Job Summary

This role involves solution proposal activities targeting customers in charge industries and sizes. This includes formulating solutions for customer business challenges and needs, supporting the development of future systemization plans, creating and conducting customized demos for key challenges, and preparing proposals focused on solution design and implementation plans. Additionally, the role supports marketing activities through speaking at seminars and events and conducting demonstrations, and creates various sales materials by leveraging proposal activity know-how to develop assets for industry-specific solutions, proposal templates, Agentforce, and generative AI proposals.

Must Have

  • Experience in presales of CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, BPM solutions, or 3+ years in system integration proposal, project management, or consulting in these areas.
  • Experience in presentations/demos at seminars or events.

Good to Have

  • Experience in CRM and other solution proposal activities.
  • Experience in demo development/customization.
  • Experience in presentations/demonstrations at seminars or events.
  • Experience as a PM in SI projects.

Role Description:

1. Solution proposal activities targeting customers in charge industries and sizes

  • Formulate solutions for customer business challenges and needs, and support the development of future systemization plans.
  • Create and conduct customized demos as concrete images of solutions for key challenges.
  • Prepare proposals focused on solution design and implementation plans.

2. Creation of various sales materials

  • Leverage know-how gained from proposal activities to create assets for industry-specific solutions, proposal templates, and to promote Agentforce and generative AI proposals.

3. Support for marketing activities through speaking at seminars & events and conducting demonstrations.

Basic Requirements:

  • Those who have experience in presales of any solution such as CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, BPM, or those who have 3 or more years of experience in proposal activities, project management, or consulting in the above solution areas.
  • Those who have experience in presentations/demos at seminars or events.
