Salary: $150-200K/annually

- 10–15+ years of experience in software engineering and application architecture
- Deep experience architecting and building full applications, particularly those using React at scale
- Must be able to get hands-on and dive into technical details, not just high-level architecture
- Strong understanding of front-end performance, design systems, and full-stack application design
- Proven ability to lead technical direction across projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Has successfully architected large, complex applications from scratch using React and modern frameworks
- Can work across the stack and support backend integration, API design, and performance optimization
- Experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers as a technical leader
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where problem-solving is key
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, Git-based workflows, and scalable web infrastructure
- Experience with tools like Angular, Node.js, or other stacks is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure quality, scalability, and security of web applications and digital platforms
- Help guide engineering best practices and mentor developers on technical implementation
- Be a strategic thought partner — not just a builder, but a driver of business outcomes through technology
