Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in application support and development. The role involves supporting and enhancing client-facing platforms. Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 technical support, configuring client setups, developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages, optimizing SQL queries, and implementing JavaScript solutions. The engineer will also perform root cause analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement monitoring, and manage deployments and application environments.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in application support and development
- Hands-on expertise in Form.io
- Hands-on expertise in SSIS
- Hands-on expertise in SQL Server
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for custom applications and data-driven solutions
- Configure client setups and workflows using Form.io
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages for data integration
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database processes
- Implement and troubleshoot JavaScript-based solutions for web applications and automation
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve defects in production systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, and Clients) to deliver fixes and enhancements
- Implement monitoring, automation, and proactive improvements for system stability
- Manage deployments, integration issues, and application environments
