Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in application support and development. The role involves supporting and enhancing client-facing platforms. Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 technical support, configuring client setups, developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages, optimizing SQL queries, and implementing JavaScript solutions. The engineer will also perform root cause analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement monitoring, and manage deployments and application environments.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of .NET/C#
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Knowledge of API integration
Familiarity with IIS hosting
Familiarity with Azure
Familiarity with Git

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in application support and development
Hands-on expertise in Form.io
Hands-on expertise in SSIS
Hands-on expertise in SQL Server
Hands-on expertise in JavaScript
Provide L2/L3 technical support for custom applications and data-driven solutions
Configure client setups and workflows using Form.io
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages for data integration
Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database processes
Implement and troubleshoot JavaScript-based solutions for web applications and automation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, and Clients) to deliver fixes and enhancements
Implement monitoring, automation, and proactive improvements for system stability
Manage deployments, integration issues, and application environments
