Job Description

As a Networking Architect – Middleware, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining software for Smart Vehicle Platforms. You will monitor system performance, design and develop software components, and work with a team to ensure project success. This includes staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, with a focus on Networking-Middleware. You will also contribute to shaping the future of mobility by creating advanced safety systems and data connectivity solutions for automakers. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in software architecture and design for real-time operating systems.
Must have:
  • Master’s degree or 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience using programming languages like C/C++, Rust, Python.
  • Experience in Autosar Classic software development.
  • Experience in embedded software debugging.
  • Experience with Ethernet, Time Sensitive Networking & Switch Configuration.
  • Experience with tools like CANoe and Wireshark.
  • Experience of software architecture and design for real-time operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Platforms: Linux/QNX/AUTOSAR.
  • Experience in Domains: Infotainment Systems, Embedded Systems, Telematics/Connectivity, ADAS, OTA, Edge Computing Devices, & Middleware.
  • Experience in Software Defined Networking technologies like Yang, Netconf, CoreConf, CBOR.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Enthusiasm for solving challenging problems and learning new things.

Your Role

As a Networking Architect – Middleware, you will: · Dream up and bring to life, Smart Vehicle Architect with focus on Networking-Middleware. · Craft and maintain cutting-edge software for Smart Vehicle Platforms · Monitor system performance and tackle any challenges that arise · Design and develop software components that set new standards for Middleware layer · Work with a team of A-players to ensure project success · Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest technologies and industry trends

Your Background

    Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

    • Master’s degree in software engineering or Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of software development experience
    • Experience using one or more general purpose programming languages (C/C++, Rust, Python)
    • Experience in Autosar Classic software development
    • Experience in embedded software debugging
    • Experience with Ethernet, Time Sensitive Networking & Switch Configuration
    • Experience with tools like CANoe and Wireshark
    • Experience of software architecture and design for real-time operating systems
    • Unwavering analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Articulate communication and interpersonal skills

    Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following areas:

    • Platforms: Linux/QNX/AUTOSAR
    • Domains: Infotainment Systems, Embedded Systems, Telematics/Connectivity, ADAS, OTA, Edge Computing Devices, & Middleware
    • Experience in Software Defined Networking technologies like Yang, Netconf, CoreConf, CBOR
