Job Description

As a Senior Technology Implementation Consultant at Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, you will lead the delivery of tailored technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients. This involves analyzing customer requirements, implementing technical configurations across the full project lifecycle, and ensuring successful delivery of Enablon ORM solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, configure solutions impacting thousands of users globally, and mentor junior team members, requiring strong technical expertise and client-facing experience.
Must have:
  • Perform complex configurations and application modifications to align with client workflows using best practices.
  • Gather and document technical specifications in Functional and Technical Design Documents.
  • Manage software environments, including product packaging, client build specifications, and customizations.
  • Analyze, interpret, and implement customer-specific functional requirements and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to performance, security, networking, and databases.
  • Provide expert guidance on standard and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate technical requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and mentor less experienced colleagues.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing, consulting, or technical implementation role.
  • Proven experience with large, complex software implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology implementation best practices.

As a Senior Technology Implementation Consultant, you will lead the delivery of tailored technology solutions by analyzing customer requirements and implementing technical configurations across the full project lifecycle—from design to integration and testing. You’ll lead implementations for Fortune 500 clients, configuring solutions that impact thousands of users globally.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Implementation Consultants, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of Enablon ORM solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.

In this role, you will report to the Manager, Implementation and work a flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days in office and 3 days from home).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex configurations and application modifications to align with client workflows using best practices.
  • Gather and document technical specifications in Fucntional and Technical Design Documents.
  • Manage software environments, including product packaging, client build specifications, and customizations.
  • Analyze, interpret, and implement customer-specific functional requirements and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to performance, security, networking, and databases.
  • Provide expert guidance on standard and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate technical requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing, consulting, or technical implementation role.
  • Proven experience with large, complex software implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology implementation best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and support team success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and XSD.
  • Experience with GitHub and version control workflows.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL).
  • Knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and design patterns.
  • Ability to identify system risks and implement monitoring/mitigation strategies.
  • SAP integration or ABAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
