Prior experience working with IT software service companies is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma and Canva.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to ensure designs are user- focused and market-relevant.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
• Ensure that designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other wireframing/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Prior experience working in IT software service companies is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with developers effectively.
• Experience in usability testing and data-driven design improvements.
